Forde on 'Snogles with Jeff watching

Thank you, Pat Forde, for underlining the fortuitous circumstances which led to the formation of the MWB's favorite stepsons. 'Snoglicious.

If I toil away the rest of my life and accomplish next to nothing but can at least accomplish one thing, I hope to one day be refered as a "man-verb."

By the way, is Jack Fu the sole remaining contributor or what? I realize he may be the Pittsnoogle of this whole operation, but come on! I need to see some movement. For the love of all that is hole-y (and by that I mean full of gaping, oozing holes), someone give me a backdoor cut or something.

The more important question is this: when are we going to find out what songs Jack selected for his new 80's mix discs?!?

A.) I changed the title of the post. Because I can. And I don't think there will be any objections.

B.) Yeah, it's not so much being a man-verb that sounds cool, it's being referred to as a "man-verb" that sounds bad-ass.

C.) RE: the 80's Mecha-Gamera-Mix
These things take time. I have none. Things will be figured out eventually.

D.) The guy on ESPN2 just now said that Craig Smith is the best forward to ever play at Boston College. Billy Curley, Mickey Curley, and Donyae Abrams all just rolled over in their, um, couches. "On" ... their couches. Yeah.

What the crap happened to Iowa last night? Also, thoughts on tonight's match up?

Okay, so I was gonna make a post about how ESPN was honoring the MWB with its super hot b-ball doubleheader (hardly know her) tonight. (I just hope Dickie V. isn't at all involved in either of these - it's not really a tribute if he is - I didn't think it was possible, but I think that guy's actually getting more loathsome.)

Then I was gonna link that fantastic Forde piece, but Fu beat me to it. And then I was going to expound on the "man-verb" issue, but again, I was too late in doing that as well.

Here's another Forde story that is quite Pittsnoglian in its intricacies (Look out - Forde also uses the term "man-verb" in this one too.):

Anyway, back to the main WVU story, did anyone else see the Big K Cola reference? Evan? Awesome! And what's even better, I was drinking Big K Cola as I was reading that article (and as I'm writing this).

And finally, a big MWB thank you to the Kitty-cats from Evanston! At least for a few more hours, we're back to the ginormous CF at the top of the BIG TEN standings. The next 3 games will reeeeeally show us just how good Thad's boys are.

I'll write more soon - still have to talk some soccer, college hockey (Bucks play @ Lambeau Saturday), and the upcoming Olympics - prizes go to the best vulgar comment about the Johnson sisters and their curling brooms.
