Newsflash: Barry Bonds uses steroids

I know, I know. Try to contain your shock. But I felt it would irresponsible if I didn't at least make CERTAIN you were all aware of the SI story - one that Deadspin referred to as "baseball's Watergate" - which absolutely blew any frickin' questions about Bonds's "alleged" steroid use out of the water. The guy's a 'roid rager. A Juice Weasel. And now everyone not only knows, but has proof. Woops.

My favorite take on this situation is also from Deadspin, regarding the REAL victim ... you guessed it, Pedro Gomez:

Honestly. This guy has done everything but live in Barry Bonds's rectal cavity for the last three years; this guy didn't have this story? What the hell has he been doing out there? The guy's lone job for three years has been to follow Barry Bonds around. And all he's gonna have to contribute to this story is a "Bonds had no comment to the press" on the 6 p.m. SportsCenter. Let's just say we'd be surprised if he gets a raise.
